“I truly like this market. The prices may be slightly higher, but the quality of produce and meats, the large varieties and selections make it worth the few extra pennies. And don't forget the perks! The store is clean and bright, restrooms are clean and convenient.”

I sat at the cafe and just watched the activity. The line was nonstop. There were 2 people working. They were working on a 40 pizza order while assisting in-person orders and pickups. A gentleman name Dwayne was working the register while a female staffer received, cut and boxed pizzas from the oven. Dwayne did a phenomenal job managing ongoing orders & keeping the line moving. He was efficient, he changed his gloves frequently between customers. He noticed a man was waiting too long and called him to the counter to check the status of his order. Dwayne called out customer order numbers multiple times for people who may have stepped away. He let customers know if there would be a wait for their orders. He also apologized for any long waits. I was impressed with his positive energy and professionalism.
Although Dwayne was super busy, He was courteous, efficient and engaging with the customers. I’ve shopped at this location for years and have never experienced the cafe being run so smoothly. I’ve waited longer at times when they didn’t have a 40 pizza order.”
“I most often use giant eagle for their grocery pick up. I have five kids and it is very helpful to not have to walk the isles and have them shop for us and pick. It is pretty rare but occasionally I get a bad piece of produce, but it is hard for them I'm sure. I love this service and if you have never used it you should try it!”
“I love Monroeville Sam's Club However what I witnessed around 11:15 am at the Gas Pumps was a total ignorance of today's Young People as everyone knows there's definitely a problem with many. However a Women with her 2 Son's thought it was her privilege to jump the line coming into the pumps then proceeds to tell the rest of us going the right direction to move back so she can get to the pump. Well because of the amount of many people in line there was no place for people to move to. At which point the 2 wanna be THUGS jump out of the car and start Mfing everyone in line and if the didn't move they would mess them up. The entire time the Mother is saying nothing to them about their behavior and truthfully she wasn't much better. It left many people of all Colors and Religions just shaking their heads. I think some how either they need someone to direct traffic or have a security guard posted. For what we pay to go to Sam's Club safety should be the first priority.”

“The staff hear is nice but some negative things are they close from 1230 to 130 for lunch. A time when others are running out from work to pick up and you can not talk to a real person if you call. You must leave a voice mail and hope they get it that day.”

“Nick was friendly and helpful when I came in to print photos at the photo kiosk. He was just as friendly to the other customers who came in the door, and proactively asked a customer if she needed any help when she seemed confused at the photo kiosk. It was nice to see a friendly face and not have to search the store to get help. Walgreens is closer to my house, but I will definitely come back to this CVS instead.”
