“This PNC Bank on Rodi Road was extremely busy this Saturday's but I'm guessing each Saturday with folks taking care of banking needs they can't tend to during the work week. The line was long and slow moving inside only because of someone's specific banking needs. All staff was friendly, patient, helpful and apologetic for the wait.”

“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”
