Once Upon A Child buys and sells gently used children's clothing, shoes, toys, and equipment. The store is extremely well organized, with clothing sorted by color. Staff are extremely helpful, welcoming, attentive, kind, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. Customers find amazing and extremely reasonable prices, making it easy and affordable. The business pays cash on the spot and allows trade-ins. Many visit frequently to sell, trade, and buy, highly recommending the store and looking forward to return trips.
This location is organized, clean, and the staff are friendly. Selling is a very efficient same day process - I have been to other OUAC locations that are over crowded, take days to weeks to process what you bring in to sell, and are not friendly. Recommend the Monroeville location for both buying and selling!

Always a great experience here. We take all our excess clothes which we turn around and get more....

Came here for the first time recently and was really happy. I usually go to greensburg. This location is much bigger, easier to navigate, and had a lot of good options of a variety of brands. Staff was incredibly nice and friendly too. This will be my preferred OUAC location moving forward.
