Shopping here is always a great experience! The store is always so organized and clean with so many amazing options. The store is extremely well organized. Clothing sorted even by color! Our salesperson, Veronica, was attentive, kind and a pleasure to be around. Looking forward to a return trip and recommending to friends.

I don’t ever leave reviews but i feel like something needs to be said. I feel like people should stop selling to this company all together because they have become bs. What they try to pay you for your stuff is actually ridiculous these days. I few years back i had a big bin of clothes and i went to one location and they gave me 98 dollars for my stuff (not bad at all) the stuff they didn’t take i took to a different location and got an extra 65 dollars. So all in all not bad, but as of recently even with the price of everything including clothes being ridiculous this place is worse. I took a bin of clothes there and they took three pairs of shoes which were 70 dollars for 2 and 30 dollars for the other at a retail store a brand new coat and a couple other items. The shoes were worn once they took 28 items and offered me 47 dollars for it. If you go in there most of what they have is almost the same if you just go buy it new. And i did a lil experiment, i bought three things from there and i put it in the bin of stuff i was selling just to prove a point of how full of it they are. They DID’NT take the items i got from there funny right? I got the three items a week before i went to see. They put on the note the stuff they didn’t take were either stained or wear and tear but i just got the items from there 😂 they are full of it and i think people should stop selling and let them figure it out at this point. Then a worker told me they only take Nike and Jordan for certain things like what? I didn’t know they wanted to only sell name brand or expensive stuff it’s ridiculous they give you pennies for your stuff but sells it for store price

Unfair about pricing. Gave them a little tikes toy worth 60 dollars, never used, plus some shoes and clothes and got 15 dollars back total for all of it. Majority of staff is rude. It’s a shame because I love their clothes/ toys & it’s a great idea to exchange old items to purchase new but I won’t be returning.
