“This is a nicer, larger branch with more services and an automated kiosk. I prefer going to this location over closer ones because Larry goes above and beyond and he has always been a pleasure to work with! The folks working here really deserve higher praise on Google!”

“Few times I've dealt w/ staff, they've always been pleasant and helpful. Normally I go their 1-3 times a year (12-ish yrs), but usually at night. Can go in after hrs and have partial access...electronic kiosks, PO Boxes and such. It's perfect if all u need is to buy some stamps or drop off mail.”

“Sure, here's a sample review:I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Monroville Post Office and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and plenty of space to move around. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the space comfortable and inviting for customers. But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and address my concerns, taking the time to ensure that I had everything I needed before I left.Overall, I can't say enough good things about the Monroville Post Office. If you're in the area and need to mail a package or buy stamps, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!”

“The post office always gets a bad wrap but the Blawnox location is fast, efficient and friendly. The desk staff is great and I really appreciate Alex’s work in responding to customer’s questions and getting stuff dobe”

“Always go here. Decent people. Always clean. Service is usually quick and for the most part they offer free envelopes for me to put my money order in for when I’m dropping it off.”

“The place was not only well-kept and had everything I needed to send my packages, but the kind lady who helped me, May, was super helpful and went above and beyond to help get my stuff ready to send. I was in and out in record time, and she made the process super simple and easy - which was definitely appreciated by me, as I don't send a whole lot of mail. ? But now, if I ever need to, I definitely know where I'm going back to. Thank you again, May!”

“I always come to this post office instead of several closer ones. The parking lot is accessible and the workers here go out of their way to help you. They are so efficient! Hard to leave without a smile.”

“Perfect experience. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I needed to mail my son a new cell phone and I admit my handwriting is absolutely abysmal, but the employee was nothing but amazing and helped me profusely!I really appreciate the time she took and the help she gave me. “Typically have to go to send out some orders, typically quick and the woman at the front is always friendly and funny, sometimes we have a quick chat. Some street parking available and a handicap space nearby.”

“The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.”

“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“I always have a good experience here with great service. They are very nice and friendly! They close from 12-1 as do most of the smaller post offices in the area.”

“Just took a package to the Swissvale Post Office and not only was it clean and organized, but the service was great. Didn't get the name of the young woman who helped me. She was so pleasant and not that fake niceness one often encounters.”

“Just had the best experience at this location! Sales associate went above and beyond helping me with my holiday packages. She had a great attitude and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!”

“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

“After calling the Monroeville office for two day, I called our Plum post office to see if there was another phone number for me to try. The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. Great job at Plum, always pleasant and helpful!”
