“I went there by mistake to send a phone back to a company when I should have gone to the post office. Instead of just sending me on my way, the girl made sure the phone was packed well, covered the other tags on the box, made sure the return receipt was in there, taped up the box, and taped down the return address on the box so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. It was so nice and so thoughtful. I couldn't believe she did that for me. She could have just said, you're in the wrong place lady. But instead, she went out of her way just to be nice. And I really appreciate that. It was unexpected and sweet. If I have to ship anything in the future, I will do it through FedEx from now on. That's how you get customers. Good job!!”

Tommy and Dolores worked with us to make sure we had the proper sizes for the windows. We made a few changes with seemed easy to do from my perspective. They are very personable, professional and very nice people to work with. I can whole recommend them to anyone looking for professional, quick service.”
