“On April 3, 2024 | had to call Triple A for assistance with a flat tire. The person who showed up from Angelos was a super nice, courteous man who did a quick job getting to my location and changing my flat tire. It was cold and rainy that day but he was still kind and not bothered he had to assist me in the pouring down rain. As he was leaving he said "enjoy the rest of day" and to drive carefully on the spare tire he installed for me. Now that is what I call great customer service.Norma P.”

“I took my 2014 Chevy Equinox here after it began being sluggish to start. First I went to AutoZone in Harmar and they were completely clueless. They didn't know what the service code meant or how to fix it. Then I went to Advance Auto Parts in Harmar and they said it could be a variety of things, but didn't want me to spend any money without knowing the exact problem. They recommended All Time Truck & Car Service. I dropped my car off this morning and after a couple of hours, my car was ready to go - without an appointment! The cost was much less than I expected and after this experience, I will never take my car anywhere else!Service: Auto battery replacement”

“It was absolutely the best towing experience I’ve ever experienced in my life if there is such a thing.The gentleman, by the name of John, was courteous, friendly, willing to do anything that I asked him to do or needed him to do. Not only did he toe me to the dealership I wanted to go to, but he had me sitting in the truck with the heat on in this cold weather and asked me if I needed anything and it was just 100% perfect. I’m from the cranberry Township area, And I wasn’t sure if I had a ride home, And this gentleman offered to ride me home all the way from Etna, Pa. Fortunately, I was able to find a way home with a Rent-A-Car using his advice. I would recommend Ferra’s 1000% to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest garage or towing company.”
