Todd Yakosh totally took care of me last Tues when my iPhone 7 battery went downhill quickly. He found a great promotion for me on an iPhone 14 and his associate helped me activate it and do the data transfer from my 7. It took over an hour but was worth it bc my old phone needed a software update before data could be transferred-I might not have figured that out on my own if I had gone home and tried to take care of this-

Went in to simply upgrade my phone. Sales rep lied about saving me money with a new line, completely screwed up our plan. Have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix it. Worse than a sketchy used car place. Will not be back. Buyer beware.

Everything Verizon does is straight garbage. Subpar service subpar internet speeds coverage... Verizon has the worst coverage and services in the USA 5guw is a gimmick. Verizon is nothing but LTE garbage...Verizon needs to close up shop

If I could give them a zero I would. The business team is awful. Signed me up for equipment but didn't move my numbers. When I cancelled due to their inability to fulfill what I signed up for, they refused to take the equipment back and gave me a fake number for a loyalty team. DO NOT GO HERE! Cricket is across the street and wonderful.

Really disappointed with way the staff behaved with my friend. I Placed an order yesterday of headset unfortunately it’s only for pickup and I’m not in town. I contacted customer care that can my friend pick the item behalf of me they told me that they can with my permission note so I wrote that. Today he went to pickup the order with my note and the staff were rude and they didn’t accept it. FIRST thing the store don’t have a phone to call to I can speak to someone.secondly even after customer service told me that I can send my friend they didn’t listened. Really bad on them.

Good overall experience, relaxed yet attentive and helpful staff, looses two points just for being what it is, but gets one back out of sympathy, for the sun has set on this type of front end middle man business, it's obsolete and it's only a matter of time. Anyone can see, the costs of operating these stores basically ensures their prices remain high. Sympathy for the excellent staff whose chill and casual yet still fairly quick and ultimately capable vibe i genuinely appreciate. Having to go in there and get a thing done was not the hellish years-long nightmare I had dreaded when already quite late and right in the middle of something already we approached the "other Verizon store"....

My son needed a new cell phone and Xander was the greatest!!! Took time to answer all our questions, we easily could tell he knew what he was talking about, we didn’t feel rushed even though they were super busy. All around great experience! Haven’t always had the best experiences at Verizon stores but this was totally different and great all around! Thank you!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrendous. We’ve been long time business customers of Verizon and I was shocked by the manager and the sales associate. Extremely disappointed and will be leaving Verizon and going to AT&T

I stopped in at the Verizon store to have an issue with a phone resolved. Troy looked up the phone I was having issues with and it turns out that it wasn't actually a Verizon issue but who we bought the phone from. Troy was still so gracious and genuinely helpful about the whole thing and even offered to follow up if we needed anything further.It was nice to visit a business that still values their customer base. Since Covid I have had so many interactions with businesses where they don't even pretend to care about their own target market's consumer experience at all so it was a surprisingly pleasant interaction.

Terrible experience at the Monroeville store. The employees at the Irwin location are the only reason I still have Verizon.
