It was a necessity that I had a car due to mine being in the repair shop. Eden came through. “I moved down south 3 years ago but I had to fly in for my favorite cousins funeral so my spirits were already not high. I’m from the east coast so I had already prepared myself for the “ east coast” treatment lol. Nolan gave me the complete opposite. I still felt like I was down south. He greeted me at the door with a smile and was very hospitable and professional throughout our entire transaction. I had problems with my card declining and he did not show any annoyance yet was even more courtesy and just overall a great guy. His parents raised him right and Enterprise you are so very lucky to have to him. I am almost 40 and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Experience I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise and his manager Sidney was also super helpful and courtesy to me when I called and asked a few questions! They have an exceptional team at this location! The other locations need to step it up!
