Craig was absolutely incredible. He fashioned exactly the loop that we needed out of cablewire and all sorts of other stuff. We could have bought the loops already done for $13 each. But instead he put together all the stuff that we need to make eight of them for under $40.

“I had a very positive Experience with Len at Blue Bell Ace Hardware.
I had a 50+ utensil drawer. It kept falling apart from use. Nailed it, taped it. Decided to reach out to Ace for suggestions. Len said would look at it. He did amazing job. Glued it and put brackets on it. Price was so reasonable. Very courteous as well. I highly recommend dealing with such a nice crew at this store. Thank you.”

Really, Rheem should be ashamed of themselves for selling The Gladiator heater to begin with. Kris had everything ready to get credit back on my credit card and purchase another model when he very easily could have made me go through store credit route and and wait for the difference to eventually show back up on my credit card. I appreciate his effort in making the entire night mare of a situation slightly easier. I'm going to have HOT WATER TODAY!!!!”
