“Came into this shop with a family member for things done to my car. I have a bad experience with corporate owned shops usually. I always feel ripped off and usually deal with pretty rude customer service. Not here though. I was greeted first thing by the manager here who was very nice and personable. During my time here, I met a good chunk of the staff. They were all very nice, friendly, and helpful.. It felt like the team treated each other like family. Because of this, the energy was very nice and upbeat. I get anxious in service waiting rooms usually but not here. Also, they were honest with pricing and what work needed to be done or would need to be done soon.. I didn’t feel ripped off what so ever like I have felt in other places! I will definitely come back in the future.”

“Wonderful experience! I needed an inspection. I arrived right at 7:30 am, the lights came right on and the OPEN sign. Very nice gentlemen checked me in and the guys started right away on my inspection. All the interactions I had with the staff was very warming and helpful!!!! Definitely recommend Steve Shannon in South Williamsport!!!”

Im in the area working and was on my way back home to the pittsburgh area and blew a tire with no spare, after calling 7 tires shops in the area with no success Scott came through in a big way sending one employee to go pick up 2 new tires for me 30+min away and Scott came and picked me up 30+min in the other direction and took off my blown tire.
