Customers are beyond pleased with their experience, describing the service as phenomenal and fantastic. The staff is friendly and willing to help, making this the only Verizon location some will go to. Everyone highly recommends this store.

We came in to upgrade a phone on our plan. Liza was very helpful and informative. Taking us through every step easily and explaining as we went through the process. I definitely recommend coming to the Montoursville, Pa location for the great customer service and ease of dealing with the transaction.
