From start to finish they were very helpful, even came to our station to go over everything we wanted to do with the truck and the lighting package that they recommended. They have stood behind any issues that we have had. This is a great place to work with for service as well we have a truck we did not buy from them and they take care of us like we did buy it from them.”
“Got a oil change went well had me out with in 30 minutes great job on my body work very rude works and they refuse to work on my car because I had state farm and they told me this the last minute so I had to cancel my rental car and fine another body shop I will never go to your body shop again I have go work at North Star but the body shop very rude people there the sale department is the best Larry is very helpful he sold me three cars already great guy”

“About a month ago I hit a deer and totaled my vehicle, my GAP has still not paid the balance of my vehicle. Today I thought that I would go and look at some vehicles, unsure if I could get financed. I wasn’t in the lot 5 minutes when Karl came out to greet me, I explained my situation and we looked at a few cars, I decided on a new Venue. Still apprehensive that I could get financed we proceeded, and to my surprise not only did I get financed but the payment is lower than what I was paying for my old car. Everyone there was so positive and was genuinely happy for me. This was the best Christmas gift!
