“If you can request a service advisor, I recommend Jon. He’s very knowledgeable, advises what services you need when you need them. No BS. I took my Toyota there to get inspected and get a tire repaired, and he had me in and out as fast as possible. I told him I was traveling for the holiday and he made sure that my Toyota got the proper inspection it needed, with right amount of attention to detail as well as getting my tire issue corrected. I will absolutely be returning there again for my future service needs.”

“I rent from this location almost every week for work. Sheila is the absolute best! But each person I have dealt with is a joy to talk to and they are extremely helpful. The almost all know me on a first name basis. The cars are always in top shape (almost new and very low miles) and I wouldnt rent with any others at AVP. I have rented many times from Avis (cars are always high miles and not always clean and Hertz is way overpriced).”
“Pick up and drop off was fast and friendly . I received my deposit back within 24hours or less after returning my rental. And for those who may not have a credit card you can use your Chime credit builder card (credit card) which allows you to deposit as much as you need using your own money instead of a credit limit and it work perfectly I had no issue at all.”

“On April 15, 2025, I rented a car from Enterprise for three days.
The agent delivered the rental on time at the body shop at 8:00AM, as promised. We reviewed the car, paper work and the agent explained my credit card would be debit for $100.00.
Called Enterprise for the rental car return procedure 3 days later, which was explained and was very easy. The reason I called was
sometimes Enterprise will have an agent there as opposed just dropping off the keys. The next business day the $100.00 debit was removed from my credit card. All the agents I spoke with were customer oriented, polite, and courteous.
Overall, this was an enjoyable and hassle free experience.?”

Absolutely incredible service from Sandy and Andy at Avis at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport (AVP)!
After a major letdown from Hertz—who didn’t have the vehicle I had already reserved for a family of five trying to catch a flight—I was in full panic mode. I called around to multiple rental agencies in the area and kept hitting dead ends… until I walked up to the Avis counter at AVP.
Enter Sandy and Andy, the real MVPs of the day.
From the moment I explained the situation, they were calm, professional, and reassuring. I’ll never forget Andy smiling and saying, “We’ll get you to JFK no matter what.” And they absolutely delivered. Not only did they find a vehicle big enough for our family—they gave us a much more spacious and comfortable ride than what we had originally booked through Hertz. On top of that, they somehow worked their magic and scored us a better rate than my original reservation, even though I had booked that three weeks in advance!
They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and completely turned around what could have been a travel nightmare. I honestly can't thank them enough.

The guy at the counter was extremely friendly, informative, and professional. He explained everything clearly and accommodated my needs without hesitation.
