“I met Rebecca on my first visit as I wanted to change my dog”s food to a raw and cooked food. She spent almost an hour with me talking about Bonnie and learning all about her! As a nurse I was very impressed with her knowledge with nutrition and also her professional considerations with my choice to change. I cannot tell you how her recommendations and explanations left me options to choose what I thought I wanted to start with Bonnie. Rebecca was so helpful and has gained a lifelong customer! Bonnie has been on dietary meals she loves and is so much better! Thak you, Rebecca!! Bonnie is going on her 4th month and is doing fabulous!! BTW, I called Rebecca on several occasions in the beginning and she helped us so much and answered our questions. I can tell you everyone in this store is amazing!! We are so thankful for everyone here! We are 4 months in and I cannot thank Rebecca for saving our Bonnie! We buy everything we need there and also make our own dog food now, in conjunction with mixing it with what we buy there! Thank you all so much! Check it out! Bonnie loves it and we do too!”

“It was my first time there today everyone was very nice and respectful I bought 5 harlequin rasbora I was a 40 minute drive away and they gave me a bigger bag and more water for the trip which shows the attention to care they provide, the prices are higher than your average petsmart, but you can see the extra care for the fish in it also supporting local businesses are always a great thing to do 5 stars would very much recommend”

“I took my 2 dogs for the free 2 hour introduction. I was very impressed with the way they introduced my dogs slowly and didn't stress my dogs with just putting them in with all the other dogs. At every step of the way, they told me exactly what was going on. There is also video so I could see everything that was going on with my dogs. I will be boarding my dogs next month for a few days. I feel very confident about leaving my dogs there. If you're looking for daycare or boarding, I would really suggest checking them out. Highly recommended.”

They cover supplies for cats & dogs, Birds (also sell parakeets), reptiles including selling a variety of reptiles, aquatics including selling fish, also small pets are offered there as well as all their supplies as well. They have a refrigerated pet food section and they offer a wash station for your pets!!”

“I am so incredibly happy with the job that Mei did- cocker spaniels are extremely high maintenance and unfortunately my pup has a lot of matting on this visit. Mei did an incredible job taking her time on him to preserve what she could of his length and even where it needed to be adjusted she did a seamless job blending- can not wait to go back to her!”
