“Many thanks to Mark Troupe Auto Body. The brake line on my Escalade sprung a major leak last week, and I needed the SUV for a trip in two days. I called Mark Troupe Auto Body near closing time, and Mark graciously offered to pick up my car the next morning on his way into the shop, and leave his vehicle so I could use it in the interim, and the repair was complete the next day. I have a tendency to put my business first and not pay attention to my car's inspection sticker, so twice my inspection sticker was going to expire on New Years Day, so on short notice, Mark hustled to get the parts and fix the many required repairs New Years Eve, likely shortening his holiday, and he did this so I wouldn't be without a car over the New Year holiday. My car developed a sizable rust blemish and Mark agreed to weld in a hand fabricated metal patch and perfectly bodywork and paint to match, he did this instead of the high cost of replacing the entire panel on a car with a limited remaining life expectancy. One time my car's stabilizer mount rusted/broke away from the frame, and I suspect some shops would consider the mount unrepairable, but, knowing I like to drive every penny out of my cars, Mark made a mount and welded it in place - that's skill!”
“This is the way a motorcycle shop should be run. Walked in, was greeted with, "Do you need any help? If you do, just ask." I did have an agenda, serious looking at new bike, but looked around first at all the helmets and other gear. Was taken back to where cycles are and introduced to Alex, who've I've been emailing with. Great young man who seems to really enjoy his job. Talked about my options, wasn't disappointed outwardly when I said I wasn't quite sure, then roamed the merch again. I did go back and reserve a new bike, now just have to patiently wait. Again, was great walking into this place, first time, and everyone who acknowledged us, was extremely pleasant. Great place, wish the Kawasaki dealers near me were anywhere close to the friendliness and helpfulness you all were. Thank you”

They ALWAYS get the right part for the vehicle your working on, sometimes they need additional information,such as a particular digit or letter in the Vin number to be sure they are providing the exact part to insure you won't be running back and forth returning items that don't fit. If you want the job done right the first time, get your parts here. Their prices are generally right in line with the advance and zone chains, and you won't be wasting your time and gas returning parts. Thumbs up all day long for these guys.”

“Les's Auto Towing (salvage yard) Martinsburg West Virginia promptly recovered & secured my apparently totaled vehicle with many personal items, rx, etc., from the accident scene and the next day advised me it was a total loss & advised to remove all personal items and lic plate. The next day, Les's towing
promptly hauled it to Al's Body Shop insurance purposes. Also, thanks to the Berkeley County Ambulance Service who attended to me and took me to the Berkeley County Hospital whose staff took care of me there and release me the same night and I was home safe and sound thank you to all I'm alive.
Currently waiting for the State Farm Adjusters to do their complete their analysis.
A big thanks to Eric Gates State Farm for providing wonderful insurance coverage in my critical time of need and a wonderful rental car despite me having missed a payment in the past, they could have chosen not to help me, but they did?.
