Mike has been with me every step of the way after I was involved in a rear-ended automobile accident. He told me everything I needed to know and was very patient throughout the process of me getting the other insurance party to go out for the appraisal and to finally go out and pick up my (totaled) vehicle that's been in their lot since 01/05/2024. Mike even took the time to gather any additional belongings I left behind in my vehicle. He's so genuine, caring, and kind.
