“Aztec Graphics is really a 10 Star company, though Google only allows 5. I contacted them for an order and they promptly answered all questions I had. Everyone I spoke to at Aztec was extremely helpful and communicative during the process. In addition to their top-notch service, they offer a large catalogue for anything you need. After doing business with them, I am happy to have found my go-to people for embroidery. Within the last 4 months I had reason to use their printing services for a pair of family events and couldn’t be more pleased. “The expert multitasking, efficiency & friendly cordiality I saw all 3 employees exhibit during the lengthy time I was there. The store was very busy & they served a multitude of customers needing different things. The lady helping me w copies, emails & faxes went back & forth between me & other customers with ease- never forgetting me or where she was with me & kept me posted while awaiting fax confirmations. I was, quite frankly, amazed! I couldn't have done it! Esp keeping my cool w an irate customer over the phone in the midst of a constant stream of traffic coming in on a summer Friday afternoon. I've been to other UPS stores where you could never count on these digital office tasks being avail, so I called ahead to make sure they would be & was relieved to hear they would be. They even had a chair in the corner of this tiny store where I could sit & fill out forms I'd just printed to be faxed- a great relief as I use a cane & can't stand for long- plus had to wait for a ride when done (& had to finish in time for the pu). This lady worked as fast as she could to help get me done in time- even tho they were SO busy & I was really impressed how calm & collected AND ATTENTIVE they ALL stayed in the midst of such madness! Well done UPS team & THANKS! I'll be back♥️”
