“I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!”

“Was in a pickle. Was looking for an outfit for my anniversary. Was on a budget due to the anniversary gifts and hotel was past my limits. But need everything. I found a sweater on sale. A pairs of gray pants and socks. Even got an outerwear jacket to complete the look. Everything work out. The store had plenty of options”
“I was browsing around suburban square and walked into Gilbert & Evans. I saw their roller rabbit and was very excited to looks at their selection! I am still 13 so I can fit into youth size 14. The lady working there asked my if i still fit into size 14 and i said yes. I looked at the different designs and picked out the blue hearts. She saved my dad from paying double the price for the adult sized pajamas! I was so happy that the worker was kind enough to go out of her way and tell me.”
“Our family frequent this store regularly, mainly my husband, and we have never had a bad experience over the span of over 6 years shopping here. Staff is always helpful and pleasant, and one young lady ( I don't know her name) is always helpful with explaining, and physically demonstrating to us baby appliances and gear and how they work every time we ask. More times, I've noticed staff go above and beyond for customers while juggling the register, restocking items, and doing drop-offs.The store is often busy, they deal with all types of personalities, ive seen it with my two eyes and unfortunately, I have witnessed times when some customers have been blatantly rude to staff all while staff remain professional and pleasant. Overall, the environment has always been good from my point of view, and we get great deals. At the end of the day, it's a business establishment, and prices go up and down based on the economy. My main goal is going in and looking for a deal. It's not a social club. If you conduct yourself like a respectible adult, I don't see why anyone would have a negative experience here.”

“Karen was pleasant and helpful trying to help me find the best size for my sons baptism. I was last minute shopping but this store was the perfect find for me because it was literally a one stop shop! I was able to purchase a white 5 piece suit, socks, and shoes. I had everything I needed. So grateful to be able to find everything I needed. Will definitely be back. Cant beat pleasant service as well great prices!”
