“I don't usually review chain places but I just wanted to drop a note that this location was really helpful when I was looking for a baby shower gift for my friend. One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!”
“Walked in wanting information about getting a custom shirt made, walked out 20 minutes later with my shirt. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Process was fast and easy, I was able to bring in a shirt that fit my toddler and they added the design with no problem. This is my new favorite tshirt shop. Also the selection of pre printed tees. They have a great selection.”

“November 3, 2017 @ 4:50p.m -Quadir (closing cashier) was wonderful & cheerful. I had a large amount of items & two transactions, but the service was top notch & even when he was the ONLY ringer & a lines formed customers were directed to another cashier. I NEVER liked this plaza BUT I will visit this location Old Navy again. I also was given the old navy card user discount, military discount & Super cash w/ no hassle. Great service from Quadir.”
