She makes you feel at home and actually cares about the people coming into her door. “My absolute favorite place in the world. I’ve been coming to the gym for almost 2 years and the staff have treated me with nothing but kindness acceptance, and confidence building. The workouts are challenging, but so rewarding and they are so patient with you. It really feels like hanging out with a bunch of girlfriends at the end of class. The instructors are so sweet and Nina, the owner is amazing. You can really tell they enjoy what they do and care for all the members. I can’t recommend this gym enough.
