“Love this place, great place to get a suit and even get tailored for cheap. Love the Michael Irving 88 clothing. Anytime I wear K&G clothing I’m getting compliments. They sell regular dress clothes and pants too, best place in the area for quality dress wear. This entire suit in the photo was great for my best friends wedding, my job interview, and first day on the job. Crazy thing is the entire outfit Suit+Pants (tailored), tie, and shoes were under $300 - cannot beat it.”

“November 3, 2017 @ 4:50p.m -Quadir (closing cashier) was wonderful & cheerful. I had a large amount of items & two transactions, but the service was top notch & even when he was the ONLY ringer & a lines formed customers were directed to another cashier. I NEVER liked this plaza BUT I will visit this location Old Navy again. I also was given the old navy card user discount, military discount & Super cash w/ no hassle. Great service from Quadir.”

“That girl needs a raise. Her name was Trish, and today while I was shopping in the store, there was another woman doing what sounded like a return, except she was missing a receipt or tag of some sort. I witnessed Trish handle this woman, who was yelling at her and another worker. She was cussing up a storm, yet Trish stayed polite and had more patience than one could imagine. I couldn’t help but look and overhear the whole thing because the woman was yelling so loudly. Working in retail, I know can be rough sometimes, and to see a woman working who had so much patience was incredible. I made my purchase and mentioned to her that she was amazing and handled it well. If I had to complain personally about anything from this location, it would only be that it was hot in the store, which they apologized for.”

“I visited this place yesterday and I met and amazing woman named Buffy. She was professional and beautiful lady who assisted me with all the assistance I needed. Also guys I found some amazing items here and some other amazing worker who were very helpful. I was able to shop and they took the items from my hand and place them in a in with my name in the bin. It’s made me feel at home and it was very personably when I saw bin with my name on it and my items inside of it. Also the prices were very reasonable. They even have extra sales daily with tag specials. I signed up for extra rewards this felt like more of a boutique then and thrift shop for women. I was blown away away about the consignment offer which I can not wait to participate in because I have some very nice items to share with them myself. I was told you can shop online and have them hold your items you want to purchase in advance. This was my first time visiting this store and it won’t be my last time. I bought designer items and some beautiful jackets and jewelry plus sandals that was in very good condition almost new. In fact some of the items still had the tag on it. I have end this but I felt like I was VIP in a boutique. Come and shop I can promise you that you won’t be sorry. It’s clean and does not have the smell when you walk into a thrift store all who been in one knows what smell I’m talking able that old basement smell not here. Last but not least I received free gifts with my purchase.”

“Came here on an impulse a while back because I’ve ever only been to one other Mad Rag store and that’s the one in 69th street and plus it’s a nice store with rather decent clothes for a pretty good price. I was not disappointed at all, they had a bunch of good clothing and the service was great, the staff was very helpful especially when it came getting down some of the shirts that were high up on the wall. Will be back again in the future!”

“Kristina was so helpful and friendly. I initially called to ask what was in stock she was very polite and, patient as she checked for me and provided me options. When I arrived in store Kristina greeted me and immediately started helping me, she found my size and put together amazing suit outfits that I needed for my upcoming events. Showed me to the dressing room and allowed me to take my time trying everything on as the mall was closing. I usually shop online but it was such a pleasant and stress free experience getting help finding outfits that I am definitely going back in store. My daughter being indecisive, Aubrey offered to put dresses on hold while also calling another store and putting that said dress on hold as well. No lines in the fitting room, a real personal experience. Will be returning throughout all 4 years of my daughter’s high school career ?”
