“Let me start off by saying I am a regular here, but lately I've been seeing that the store has been more organized, with items on the correct shelves and multiple items to choose from. Earlier today, I was having a difficult time trying to find a couple of gifts for my five-year-old nephew's birthday party. I thought this young lady, Andrea, was the manager the way she carried herself. She was extremely helpful, and if it wasn't for her, I don't think I could've put this goodie bag together for my nephew Thank you so much; either she deserves a raise or another position. ”
“I love shopping in this store because they are very reasonable, especially on seasonal items,. cashiers are very friendly, especially Kim, but I have one complaint about one gentleman, I believe he's in charge of furniture, he's very rude & lazy!! Everyone else is very pleasant...Last year I had purchased a pool and chairs, while I was struggling, he was leaning against the wall smoking his cigarette,after I had everything in the car, he asked me. I guess there's always one bad egg ?Other than that I love Big lots ?”

“I shop at the family dollar on Main Avenue in Scranton PA, I would like to say the manager Dez is such an asset to the store she is very friendly always stops what she does to lend the customer a helping hand. “I think the store is just fine, reading a lot of complaining in the reviews and I think that if you don't have nothing nice to say just keep quiet and give it a low rating is all. In case you haven't noticed this world is not perfect. I find what I need no prob and if they don't have it I go elsewhere. The blonde girl in there is super cute too”
