“We saw Amy Lynn and Dr. Pearsall today for the first time and they were incredible. They were kind, patient and professional yet personable. They were even funny and made us laugh. We immediately felt like our Lily girl was in safe hands. They answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns without making us feel rushed. The other staff in the front were also very nice and helpful! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this Vet to anyone!”

“Have several cats between my sister and I. We trust Dr. Coyle with the many different health issues they have. Hospital is well staffed and assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel safe with procedures and leaving cats overnight. Pictured cat with 1/2 closed eye has multiple chronic issues Dr. Coyle is managing. 2nd pic is assistant Jess with the son of other cat - a giant kitten!”
“The veterinarian is great! He remembered Zero gets a little nervous if he walks into the room when we’re already in there so he was all ready in the room when we got there. He’s attentive and patient. The whole staff will answer questions whenever needed.”

“At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.”
“Dr Chris, Dr Sam and all the staff are absolutely fantastic. I will only trust them with my dogs. They both currently see my 18year old Meatball who can be a handful at times but they all know how to handle him and allow me to be there with him when needed. Dr Sam took such good care of his brother Bearbear she was kind, understanding and had such compassion when she had to tell us that he had only a few months to live from cancer. Unfortunately he has to be put down and thank God Dr Sam was there to help us through it. All the staff at NWAH are amazing. Thank you for taking care of my boys.”
“My dog’s legs weren’t working and I was so sad and we thought it was her time but Smithfield Animal Hospital onto the rescue came, brought out the stretcher and everything. They were so gentle and friendly to our dogs and I totally recommend no doubt!❤️”
“Dr meg is absolutely incredible patient understanding easy to talk with I work with her as a client as well a farrier for other clients and the experience has always been incredible. Great team player and the office staff just top notch. Helps explain if things get overwhelming or confusing

Cat infected with flea and called to ask for help with flea management. They were very helpful in providing options and trying to help the best they can within the limitation of unable to see the cats in person. Respectful and kind people. I called when I was extremely stressed out about the situation and I think they handled it well and deserve the public recognition and praise.”
