“I had a flat tire on a long trip. Found Straws through the AAA app. They were close enough to where I was that I didn’t need a tow. I asked them if they could check to see why my tire is leaking air. They didn’t hesitate—brought the car into the shop, lifted it, then not even 10 minutes later came back to tell me that the tire valve was faulty. They fixed it temporarily so I could finish my trip in time and told me to get it repaired as soon as possible. They wouldn’t charge me. Also, they keep a nice and clean shop. Good people.
