“As always, Dr G is professional, competent as a doctor should be.However, what I value most is her wide open heart as she genuinely listens for as long as it takes to get a full picture of my concerns. Then instead of ordering a bunch of tests and handing out pills to put a band aid on, she takes the time to digest the visit and then recommend a course of action.”

“I was impressed with how efficient they were here. I was here on a Friday morning. Overall, it was much easier driving here and parking in the lot than I anticipated (parking is validated for patients) and I was moved easily along through this large practice which takes up a whole wing of the 9th floor of the hospital. Everything went incredibly smoothly and they have their lab just around the corner, which also was highly efficient. I think also because the lab sends tests in house via the hospital, I was getting results in hours the day of my visit. I was impressed and didn't expect that fast of a turnaround (for non-emergency, routine tests). If you have UPMC, you know that you have a multitude of options, especially if you live in the city, and I think this is a good one! :) Stay healthy, Yinz!”
