“My husband and I are re-doing our bedroom and were finally able to set up our gorgeous new bed frame today! Well silly me didn’t realize that our new bed frame required a box spring, while our old one did not. ??♀️ I thought we were screwed and would have to sleep on the floor again for another few weeks. We each work 12+ hour shifts and couldn’t get to a store any time soon … I have to tell you, the most unexpected wonderful thing happened. I called The Original Mattress Factory in Mt. Lebanon at 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening desperate to see if we could get a box spring delivered sometime this week. I was SO lucky that it just so happened that Bill picked up the phone. He helped me purchase a box spring over the phone and decided to drop it offat our home PERSONALLY just an hour and a half later! Omg! He is such a thoughtful sweet human being and we could not thank him enough! He saved us so many headaches and backaches… please give this man a raise.”

The Sales associate David provided me with exceptional customer service and was patient with me. 5 stars for him!!!And David, The sale manager went above and beyond to help me and gave me options within my price range. He also gave me the online coupon savings that I was getting as well on my purchase. 5 stars for David! I highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for a new mattress. “I love my new washer from Don's appliances in Canonsburg. My last washer was 26 yrs old. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable , the delivery dept. notified me the day before delivery with a time range and the morning of delivery I got a text one half hour before my delivery, they also gave me the name of the Wonderful young man who with his helper did my delivery set up and removal of my old washer. There was not any mess to pick up, he was a very friendly young man and had my washer all set up in no time at all.. I will definitely recommend Don's Appliancences..
