We set out on a trip today to find a new mattress. After multiple stores we ended up here. And we were greeted by John. From the moment we walked in, John was engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction. He explained the products in a way that the average person could understand. He was also very transparent, which I feel like is hard to find in a sales person. We were able to find the exact type of mattress we were looking for with some Add ons and it was all within our price range! Will definitely recommend, especially working with John!”

“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! My husband, our 8-year-old son, and I stopped in right before closing, honestly just planning to browse and get an idea of what was available. We were not expecting to purchase anything that night.
BJ, the floor associate, was immediately friendly and welcoming. He didn’t just ask what kind of mattress we were looking for — he took the time to ask about our sleep, health concerns, sleeping positions, snoring, sleep apnea, and what would actually help us rest better. He was very attentive and gave us an interactive demonstration of the adjustable bed frames, as well as the differences between plush, medium, and firm mattresses.
BJ was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed, even though we came in so close to closing time. He worked with us on the numbers and stayed well past closing to help us get great terms on our new Tempur-Pedic bed and adjustable base. We truly appreciated his time, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend asking for BJ!”

“Larne is Simply a Good Person who focused on what I actually needed & gave me the best options that I couldn’t achieve elsewhere.
Larne took the time to listen to the elderly Veteran wanting a mattress via phone. In less than 45 minutes later I was happily walking out of the store with a new mattress purchase for a 94 year old Veteran that couldn’t be more pleased!

“This pertains to the installation. The three young men were awesome! They all took their boots off to avoid making a mess from the snow. They were like a well oiled machine as each person had their assignments separately until it was time to set the cooktop. Everything went very smoothly. “No one likes having to make an unexpected purchase when an appliance, especially the refrigerator stops working. Jacob did an amazing job working with me, listening to what I wanted and talking me through the purchase. I have never purchased a refrigerator without having inspected it, let alone in 20 minutes, but I feel confident that I’m going to love this when it is delivered on Thursday. Jacob researched what I had and compared what was different and better. It was a pleasant purchase experience. He was relatable and just a really nice guy.
