I was greeted immediately by Nathali at the Robinson store. She showed me the products I was in need of for my Mother and it was a GREAT experience. I was under no pressure and I walked away knowing with her help I made the RIGHT choice! That is how ALL customers should feel when making a large purchase. Thanks Nathali!
