“Very honest mechanic shop. Had a door lock that wouldn't work because of some damage and they had great communication regarding the issues they found. I waited while I was there and saw them working the entire time. Highly recommend them to anyone who has any issues.”

“If you are going to have a break down and you are in the Morgantown area then Summers Towing is the one to call. Hope you get PJ because he was so committed to service I thought he was owned the company. He called me to tell me he was in route, and he got there in less than 10 minutes. When he arrived he went right to work after changing the tire he was willing to take to the shop and let me pick it up later. When I went to pull out. We realized that my tie ride was bent. He hooked up to my van then took me to Enterprise on high ground and they had a van waiting on me. PJ helped me transfer my cargo and I was on my way. They put two tires on my van at a reasonable price and fixed the the tie rod and did an alignment on it. The most impressive thing was when I was on my way home PJ called me to make sure I was happy with everything. Now that is customer service.”

“If you have a student that needs car  repair work done , I am going to recommend Doug’s towing and car shop. The owners are absolutely amazing and so empathetic. They truly care about the students but get such a bad rep because they tow cars. We have to keep in mind that they have a job to do as well and contract with Canvas Apartments. I feel so comfortable knowing that this man took the time out to talk to my son and give him good advice about car maintenance. He told my son if he needs anything done as far as car work to come see him personally and recommend other students, and he will give them a good deal. They do have some bad reviews on their website regarding their customer service and towing issues but everyone’s situation is different. You got to show respect in order to get respect back even when stressful event is occurring. I personally met the owners today and was very appreciative that they looked out for my son.”

“I live in a private Domain with RESERVED parking spaces…I came home from a long negative day of work, only to find someone in my paid for parking space. I was initially understanding and knocked on several doors to find who this vehicle belonged to. As well as seeing if they could have possibly, not seen the number 8, reserved sign because of snow. Finally I reached out to my domain and they referred me to these guys. Within 30 minutes, that vehicle was towed, I was able to get in MY parking space and enjoy my night. Thank you guys! ??”
