“Great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Mt. Penn! I came in for a vehicle inspection after having an unfortunate experience at the Sinking Spring location, and the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable.
The entire Mt. Penn team was professional, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They were happy to help, got my car taken care of, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to assist, especially after I had already driven to another location trying to get the inspection done.

“Excellent and honest service! My wife and I got stranded on our way from PA to NJ because our shifter got stuck. I called this shop, and even with my limited English, the owner was incredibly patient and kind. Instead of trying to charge me for a tow, he told me exactly what to search for on YouTube to fix it myself. It worked perfectly! I even stopped by his shop afterward to thank him, and he checked our car to make sure we were safe to continue our trip. Highly recommended!

This is an update to my original post. My car recently needed an urgent repair, and Will made it a point to squeeze me in Saturday, which was a holiday weekend. He took care of the problem and didn’t even charge me because he said it was a minor repair. I was also going to have an oil change, but he reminded me that my car was not due for one yet. I cannot say enough about his honesty and integrity!”

“Someone by the name of Dave helped me, and he was extremely helpful and kind. I had my car towed there and Dave made sure I was taken care of. No one else would squeeze me in, but Dave made it happen. I am super grateful for his kindness. I was able to get my car back and get my child to the doctor to get her some antibiotics for her ear infection. These guys are AMAZING! They truly care about their customers!”

He was so polite and finished in just a few minutes. How often can anyone say they’ve had such positive experiences with a car dealership? “I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”
“UPDATE!!! My first review was one where I had not had the total picture of what was going on behind the scenes. This is a lesson to me, never judge a book by its cover. I later learn that this Family had suffered a great loss and was doing it’s best to rebound as a family and a business. My condolences to this Family, and under the circumstances just being open to take my call was more than should’ve been expected. I am quite certain in time this family will be back to top level Customer Service that they have been known for. I pray for you and your family that you will be strengthened during this time. “I had a fantastic experience with BMW of Reading. My BMW client advisor, Vlad Sarlat, was the most professional, dedicated and enthusiastic advisor I have ever worked with. From the moment we made contact I knew that he would take care of my needs and get me into the vehicle I was after. From coming in on his days off and answering the many questions thrown his way, he helped to reassure me and make the process seamless.
As an out of state buyer he helped to complete my trade-in and purchase of a vehicle without a hitch. The numbers we spoke about were what was on the final documents, and am extremely happy with that. Vlad has the same passion as I do for BMW and he was almost more enthusiastic about my new car than me!
The finance team was also great and made the signing process easy and efficient. All questions were answered and the process was completed in no time at all.
