I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars. I came to Masano from another Ford dealership for a second opinion. I explained the issues I was having and they told me that it was my battery. Exactly as I thought and the other dealership (who installed the year old battery) denied was the problem (even though there was acid on the top of it - they claimed it was condensation). The old dealership gave me the run around on my receipt from the purchase. Rhett, from Masano, was amazing. He worked with me to get the replacement battery under warranty without the receipt. They did finally send me the receipt but it was about an hour after Rhett got me that new battery, of no charge to me. The other dealership gave me the run around on my brakes too (back in March) and were going to charge me $800 for just my back brakes. Thank goodness I declined because I got my front and backs done at Masano for $900. Plus, a free inspection! I am speechless on their quality/quickness of work completed, professionalism, pricing, and kindness. Great job Masano team, you have one happy and new customer!”
“I had a complete emergency on Monday. My radiator went My cab was filling with smoke and Bill's was the closest garage. I was able to limp it in there and Keith the new owner got me up and running so I was able to drive an hour without any further problems. He only charged me for the Coolant he put in my Jeep. He gave me a very respectable estimate and let me make my decision with no pressure.
It's hard to trust mechanics because we don't know their trade but Keith was honest, forthcoming and helpful.

“All these terrible reviews have me flabbergasted! I live a block away from this place. Ive brought my car here for inspection many times with only a day or two left on my inspection. I tell them what I feel needs to be fixed or replaced for it to pass and they only ever do what I ask of them! 2 tires, an oil change and inspection cost me about 400 bucks. Try to get those prices anywhere else. It wont happen. Always happy with my service!”
