Trudy is so funny and awesome, very helpful. My friend group had her cut our rope, it was a great experience even if we all were flabbergasted by the tools given to Lowe’s employees to cut rope. She made the best of what she was given. Would give 10 stars for Trudy if I could.

Izzy in lumber was a tremendous help to us today at 11:17. He carried and cut plywood with a great attitude. Helped get it thru checkout and even offered to load the car. Guys like this give me confidence in this store. I can't always get help here but Izzy was more than excellent today. A 10 star employee!!
