When we arrived they talked to us a bit about the situation (and mounted the new tires very quickly) and arranged a transaction between us and another customer of theirs for our takeoffs. We never would have expected them to do that when they could have sold that customer a brand new set, but they really went the extra mile to take care of us and saved us a TON of headache in the process. “I do mot usually leave reviews unless bad. My daughter was 2 hours from home when her tire came off the socket. We had to call for a tow. The closest place was Jack Williams. The tow truck driver damaged my daughters car so bad to the point that the door is not aligned. I was so upset because i knew how scary this was. Andrew was amazing from the beginning. He validated my concerns and acknowledged that damage had been done. He assured me he would do his best to make the car drivable and safe. He communicated via FaceTime to show me the damages and texted updates and pictures. He made me feel safe and not taken advantage of! I wish i lived close because i would take all if my cars to them for service”
