“I was never to this location until recently their selection was much better than the store that was closer to me. I was able to get new cookie sheets for baking snacks for my dad and toys for my puppy. I will definitely be back. Also the staff there was really helpful and kind. The only suggestion I would make is maybe get some motorized scooters for the stores. I'm on a walker and I tire quickly from to much walking”

“I needed phone chargers for my truck, iphone and android. The one I had to take back and exchange because I got the wrong kind. The lady was very nice with my exchange. They have a lot of items in this store, from candy, to toys for all ages, some electronics, clothing. Easter baskets and Easter candy. I mean a lot of things you just want to take your time and look.”
“Its a great place to shop for furniture, bedding housewares. Two years ago i bought all my furniture for my new house. They have separate company who delivers and puts together for a reasonable fee.”
“This is my fave dollar tree in Wilkes. Has more variety than the other ones in this town bc it's bigger. The seasonal items are my favorite. It's pretty clean and well run. It's in a better area, so it's a bit nicer than other dollar tree's.”

“PROS: this place was very clean with a strong variety of items. Staff was friendly and the majority of prices were good. CONS: the handwriting on the prices were bad so it was tough to read them and they write the price on the item rather than using a tag which can ruin its condition OVERALL: I'll come back here again, however, I'll need a translator for the pricing”

“You do find some good deals here, but you can also get burned by items at other people returned that were already broken that they are reselling, so you have to be careful. I had one item where I was pretty excited to get a good deal on some usually expensive Christmas lights only to find that someone had taken the good lights out and put some generic cheap lights back in the box. In general the people working at this location are much more pleasant than the laflin location”

“I was at this store on February 28th . I was at dollar ?? tree ?? in Edwardsville I had bought 5 DVDs and 2 Blu rays so All together I bought 7 DVDs. And at register one a checker named sequoia on site on purpose charged me for 13 movies not 7 I would advise not going to this store. It's filthy it's dirty. The cops are gutless coward's with no balls . They do not protrol the parking lot. I call this store druggie dollar tree . I was told dollar tree is going out of business”

“Came to the area for some business. Couldn't believe the way the other customers were behaving. Throwing things on the floor. Ringling the bell repeatedly. The customer service by the female cashier, was on point. I couldn't do what she did. Smile, and do what she needed. I would have flipped. She remained calm and composed. The idio% left. The cashier, greeted me, and then helped me find what I was looking for. Definitely impressed.”
“We love Name Brand! I used to shop here all the time when we lived locally. We've moved out of the area and stop in most times that we're in town. You can find tons of bulk snacks for half the price (or cheaper) of what you'd pay at Sams or Costco. You also can find furniture, household items, clothes, baby items and more. Just stop in and see what they have to offer.”
“People who are saying it’s messy, should look at their fellow customers. Many items get opened / tossed to the side when a customer no longer wants it, or they only want a taste of the product without paying. The cashiers are very nice here, and I think they’re doing a very good job with how short staffed they are right now ❤️”
“Used to be a favorite shopping spot of my wife's and mine until we were recently harassed and wrongfully accused of shoplifting by a "secret shopper". I had a pack of terry towels in my pocket that I had purchased earlier in the morning at Dollar Tree. Upon checkout the "secret shopper" that had such impressive undercover skills I didn't notice him following me around the store for 45 minutes straight, asked me to remove the towels from my pocket because he had witnessed me stealing them. Well I told him he is lying and asked to show me where in the store they sold towels with that UPC. He refused. I asked cashier to scan the UPC to see if the product scanned as being sold by the company. He told her not to. I was told to leave or the police would be called. I gladly waited for their arrival but after 45 minutes I could only assume that he feigned calling them. Again will never shop at this location again, will have to go to Kidder street store from now on ...”

“Considering the workload these stores put on their employees, this store and its staff are amazing.Our Mom worked for thus company and they'd run her into the ground for low pay.So try to keep the crazy amounts of work the employees have to do in a day b4 you get all judgy over something little when the employees are doing the work of several people ?”
