Would've given 5 stars but definitely did not appreciate hearing staff talk about voilent things like shoving something in someone's face. The cussing wasn't welcomed either. I have worked in the food industry for 15 plus year hence means customer service as well.

Decent size lot for trucks for a small place. Decided to eat here. Ordered 3 fish fillets and got 3 fish sticks. Ordered grilled chicken Alfredo and got half a dish of dried up noodles with about 20 pieces of cut up chicken dropped on one end. Probably knew the noodles were too dry to even try to mix the chicken in. Or maybe they think it looks good just tossed on top. A fist sized balled up section of the noodles were so hard you couldn't eat them. Maybe they were hoping the chicken covered that up. Who knows.
The piece of chocolate cake tasted good. I guess that was a blessing. For $23 you'd think you'd be happy when you're done eating. Instead I was happy not to finish it. Maybe food shortage was high and they couldn't throw anything away no matter what. Let's hope this isn't the norm.

Over 8 minutes for a large iced coffee. And it still wasn’t complete when I left. While I understand you run out of things, the lack of care or urgency was disappointing! 3 people there and only one had any kind of work ethic.

This is ridiculous! I didn’t even know it was possible to screw these two things up. I have never had a quesadilla so small and with that little cheese on it in my life. The photo of the fries speaks for itself with the lack of fries. Oh and I didn’t get my condiments either. Do better.

Half the people that work there are wonderful, pleasant and kind. My biggest issue with this rutters is limited truck parking. Don’t get wrong they have plenty but MOST are taken by either sleepers all night every day or people that leave their trucks there for days. Iv watched people being dropped off or picked up with their luggage and I talked to employees there that said trucks get left there for days sometimes. I try to stop there daily in morning for breakfast or at least a coffee and for lunch while out on route but it’s always filled with people sleeping or not in their trucks using it as a parking lot and most likely not spending money there. Some trucking businesses even have signs telling truckers to go park there most likely for their 10 hour off duties or even their 36 hour reset.

It's real simple sheets used to be a good place to go but it's gotten worse and their food isn't as good as what it used to be .I've always liked Rutter's food better than Sheetz any day and the place is a lot more cleaner and I personally think they have more variety than what Sheetz does.

I am a frequent shopper at this location, Ken Hoover I work at the j group, and Lulu, the "red headed girl" is the most amazing employee you have there. She is always upbeat, positive and extremely sweet and friendly. Not only is she an amazing person she is the main reason I keep coming back!!!! She is amazing.
