You can imagine the state of the enclosed diploma my wife worked very hard to earn. This flat piece does not fit into a standard residential mailbox. I have no idea why anyone proud to call themselves a mail carrier would willingly compromise official packaging in this way.

Very inconsistent mail delivery. I have had letters go missing, delivered 5 days after they were meant to arrive and mail delivered to same house number on a different street. I KNOW the postmaster doesn’t care, because I know postmasters and they’re all the same. Only caring about their paycheck.
