“I was there today 10/15. I've been trying to get my Pnc back online since March to no avail. Also my monthly statement i wanted sent to my home address to no avail. Christine waited on me and to make a long story short SHE HELPED AND DID WHAT I WANTED WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE..SHE WAS EXCELLENT. Thank you Christine.
Another employee who was to help me 2 weeks ago never called me...nothing. i've been trying to get on line since March and we have been customers at PNC since the sixties. Thank goodness Christine took the time and solved the problem or we would be gone from Pnc... Beverly Jane Enos”
