“I had a really great experience at 3050 n 5th st Quest diagnostics with the two professional ladies up there, very clean place, excellent service, very polite, good vibe and a lot of attention to details. I recommend this specific place. Because 1110 rockland the service is very bad and the two ladies up there are always fighting with the customers and very disrespectful”

“I went first thing in the morning without an appointment. The phlebotomist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) had appointments, who were not there. She took me back right away, which I was thankful for since I was on my way to work. She was quick, gentle, and professional. I recommend this location for your lab work.”

“Today was my first time at this location, and I will definitely be using them as my primary place to go when needing blood work. Julissa was my phlebotomist, and she was so kind and cheerful (especially for first thing in the morning!) and she was done in minutes. I barely felt a thing as well. I had made an appointment online, and they were able to get me back and in the chair within 5 minutes of the appointment time. Altogether a good experience !! Especially as someone who gets the jitters with any medical appointments :-)”
“Staff is nice and I hate getting blood work I get bad anxiety over it and these women are pretty quick and hav3nr stuck me bad at all. Only bummer is the hours they're open if you work a full time job they're only open til 2. But comvient if you you go to Kenhurst medical center and they also take walk ins you do not need to make an appointment!”
“It wasn't crowded for a Saturday morning which my husband and I love. I do have one complaint about the laboratory because they would not let my husband and I go in together and I'm afraid of needles and normally if I watch my husband I'm normally okay and they wouldn't let me have my husband in with me I don't think that's right and plus my husband cannot see without his reading glasses and I'm his eyes and that's the other reason why we need to go in together so when we come in next time you should be allowed to go in together thank you”
“Talk about rocking a one-woman lab! I was the fourth person in line at 6:45 AM. She arrived and opened on-time. I got checked in and sat in the waiting room while four more people arrived and checked into the kiosk. At 7:20 I was beginning to believe she was the only one that showed up to work today since the first gentleman was still sitting and waiting to get stuck. To my surprise, she then left the reception desk and went into the room to collect patients samples! She is the phlebotomist! This poor woman is doing the job of two people All by herself! She deserves a raise, especially when you got to deal with cranky people who have been fasting for these labs! She kept a professional and friendly attitude. I wish I had gotten her name.”
