Bridget at the counter (if there's more than one this one has glasses and braces) was very friendly and helpful. She even pointed out some bad produce I hadn't seen in my cart and offered to get me a new item. Very polite and quick.”

“Possibly the best pharmacy ive ever been to. I mean, medicine is medicine but the people that work here take a personal interest in their customers. I truly realized this today, after years of going there, when Milton, one of the employees, referred to me by name before I even said a word or confirmed my identity. The fact he knows his customers is awesome. They are so genuine and helpful and invested. Of course the puppies everywhere don't hurt, my kids love checking out the new additions. Milton is a great person as far as I can tell and while Im sire he doesnt do what he does for recognition, he deserves some.”

“A great local option for retail goods and medicines. They have a nice little freezer section also. My favorite services they offer are the photo printing booths. You can even get posters and sales giveaway items such as magnets and enlarged photos. The enlarged poster printing is of high quality also.”

“I have never had a bad experience at Ben Franklin. There have been times I needed to drive half an hour and visit the fabric section just to improve a bad day. I miss the table of odds and ends. Like everywhere else, some of the prices are a bit higher but that just makes me cut more carefully.I bought my first fabric in 1965 for 50 cents. Made my wedding gown in 1975 for $25 because I also made a floor length veil. If I have a complaint about prices, it’s because you won’t let me buy 10 yards for $5 . . . like the good old days.I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and was amazed, recently, when I brought a little piece of fabric, hoping to get more. I was immediately taken to the right spot. I also enjoy seeing the hanging display of items sewn by one of the girls. It inspires me.”
