Goodwill Heidelberg Outlet is a long-standing nonprofit thrift store and donation center that has been serving the local community for over 100 years. The store offers a wide range of affordable secondhand items, including clothing, housewares, furniture, and more. Customers can enjoy the thrill of treasure hunting through the blue bins, where they can find a variety of unique and valuable items at incredibly low prices, often just a few dollars per pound. The staff at Goodwill Heidelberg Outlet is praised for their excellent customer service, with the store manager, Randy, receiving particular praise. Customers appreciate the convenience of the store, which offers the ability to donate items that don't work out for them. However, some customers have reported issues with the store's environment, noting that it can become quite crowded and chaotic, with aggressive resellers and customers causing disruptions. The store also no longer accepts direct donations, instead relying on items that didn't sell at other Goodwill locations. Overall, Goodwill Heidelberg Outlet provides a unique and affordable shopping experience, but the store's management may need to address the concerns raised by some customers to ensure a more enjoyable and organized shopping environment.
I got what I needed for cheap, but I came out smelling like someone else's litter box. Please wear gloves

What a delightful way to save money and help a good cause! I like this store more than most GW Outlets because the staff is excellent as well as the store manager Randy. Keep up the good work.

It’s ok. I heard they are no longer taking direct donations and selling them here. They are only getting what the stores don’t sell. It’s tough to find anything of value anymore. The “T shirt bros” are aggressive and pushy. Probably won’t be returning any time soon.
