“I found myself in Pittsburgh PA with no way to get back to Charleston WV. I got on line and reserved a car through Enterprise at 4099 William Penn Highway in Monroeville Pa. When I got there, there were already 6 people there (this was just before they opened at 10). When it was time for them to open an employee held the door for everyone to enter as other employees jumped to it to get customers taken care of. The car was clean and size requested, the young gentleman (who had gone to IUP (wish I had gotten his name)) checked the car over and told me exactly what to do when I returned it as the return point would be closed Saturday and Sunday. He was extremely polite and helpful. Very fast and helpful service. If you need to rent a car in Pittsburgh this is the place to go.”
“I'm sure everyone has their own feeling about renting a car. For me the person who made my reservation for me was amazing. Her name is Erin and she went above and beyond to get me set up. She was helpful and kind. So far great experience. I will only book through her. A few hiccups through the rental process but she took care of it. Thank you!”
