“Switched from T-Mobile & Straight Talk to Verizon recently. Went through Tim at Verizon in Delmont. He made the process very easy, and he explained everything thoroughly. Did a great job with all of our screen protectors, and device set ups, including quick and easy data transfer from the old devices to the new ones.

“We experienced some problems with porting the message data from one of our old Samsung phones to a new one. We did not purchase the phones through T-Mobile, but our cell phone service is through them, so I stopped by the Irwin store to see if they had any insight. The staff there (Tyler, Bryce, & Nate) were all very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bryce easily spent 20+ minutes trying different approaches before narrowing down the problem and getting the file transfer underway. The new phone is now completely updated with all the old messages; thanks for helping to solve a problem that had me stumped.
(Not to take away from the awesome work by the crew there, but I will note that the store only had two round tables with seats. I ended up being there for nearly an hour and there was often enough customers in to leave it standing room only. There's plenty of space in the store for a third table and maybe even a bench or two. I know the staff probably doesn't pick the furniture, but maybe Corporate reading this review does!)”

“I was there about two months ago and I have been wanting to give kudos to the beautiful and bright young girl who waited on me! I arrived first thing on a Friday morning and two girls greeted me, and wish I could remember their names.
I do remember she was a PH cheerleader. She accommodated me with what I was looking for and set my phone up. Since that is sort of a time-consuming process, we spent the time chatting, and she was very pleasant!”
“This location was decent, the sales person was kind, and took care of my problem. The only issue I do have is with Boost and their lack of locations. I had to come all the way from Greensburg to North Versailles to pay my bill bc there was an issue with their online site.”

“Todd Yakosh totally took care of me last Tues when my iPhone 7 battery went downhill quickly. He found a great promotion for me on an iPhone 14 and his associate helped me activate it and do the data transfer from my 7. It took over an hour but was worth it bc my old phone needed a software update before data could be transferred-I might not have figured that out on my own if I had gone home and tried to take care of this-”
“Yes I went into one of your stores to make my first payment today & had a question and what to do about the constant pop up not only were very friendly they completely understood my problem, corrected & showed me the apps that were causing my pop ups too keep appearing, and again happy to be a T-Mobile customer one month cant say that about one of competitors one month in I wanted to leave them , as for another one of your competitors I didn't care for there customer service”
