They were all very polite and honest, and it was a very nice experience. “I cannot say enough good things about the Manager Mike, and the drivers Ed and Vince. We originally got a pack rat container and they totally screwed us over every which way they could. We decided to switch our second container to Pods hoping for a better experience. The pack rat container was so poorly placed the pod couldn’t be delivered. The pack rat container wasn’t picked up when it was supposed to so we couldn’t even get the pod redelivered. So we changed to self load. And as any move goes to crap and has its struggles we just couldn’t get there by 2pm. I called customer service and they said be there by 3pm. Apparently Pods customer service didn’t relay that to the site so when we got there there was no container. Then Ed arrived. I asked him if there was any way to get our container tonight and explained the mix up. He called his manager Mike and he told him to go ahead and set out the container. I don’t know if they were sympathetic to our situation or if they are just genuinely that nice of people or both. But they went above and beyond and I am so incredibly thankful for their whole team. If your even thinking about moving and doing some sort of storage or shipping container, don’t trust a company that has rat in the name. Take it from me. Pods will get any and all of my future business, though I genuinely hope to not be moving anytime soon again.”

“Fair pricing and convenient location. It's a 2 level facility with outdoor units as well. I appreciate the 24 hour access and indoor units! It's a very secure building and they offer carts and an elevator for transport of your belongings.”
“I'm just a new customer within the last 2 months but I would highly recommend Irwin Storage. Their customer service was very friendly and accommodating. Their prices are comparable to other local storage facilities and the units are well maintained and clean.”
“They are a good size with a light and average rent. I had mine for 6 months and the cost is causing me not to be able to afford an apartment or home to live in. It does add up especially with extra charges add later. But the owner is nice and Rich. I help that as I am still homeless at 69 and lived with my service animal in my car in a very, very cold winter.”
“Easiest/smoothest move in for a really good price! They even offered a free truck to help with the move in. Marcus assisted us and from the moment we walked in he was very professional, and accommodating. He thoroughly explained what we didn’t understand, and we were 100 percent satisfied. I would recommend this storage space if in need. The experience was 10/10.
Oh and the lobby is extremely clean and comfortable with coffee and candy!

“Salem self storage has very reasonable rates. They only have certain hours you can access the units because they have a locked gate, it might possibly be a problem for some people but they have weekend hours also.”

The people at the North Versailles store were friendly and very helpful.
The van was excellent. Our whole day with the van encompassed several stops to pickup and drop off cargo. It performed like a champ; it was powerful and easy to drive.”
