“I always enjoy shopping here. The store is nicely organized, and the merchandise is generally of good quality and is well presented. Prices are good, and staff is always friendly. I’d like to consign there, but they make the process so ridiculously complicated and off putting. I tried years ago, and gave up. Recently, I decided I’d call again and bring my patience with me. I called and was willing to wait months for an appointment. I had to call back only to be told that they wouldn’t take on new consigners—too many regulars. I was in the store the day before and heard them making a new-consigner’s appointment. While the employee was polite and apologetic, it is a bit insulting to when they are happy to have you shop there but in no way interested in accepting you as a consigner. I will look for a location that accepts donations of professional clothing.”
“Jen was amazing and patient with me and we had the best time trying dresses on during the sample sale! The store wasn’t busy and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything even though I did end up buying my dress. The environment was welcoming and easy to shop, and the spacious fitting rooms allowed us to have privacy and be comfortable. I absolutely recommend checking out the dress lounge for your bridal needs!”
“LET ME TELL YOU ... Britt Allen is an absolute SAVIOR. I had a date night emergency at closing time and I called the store in a panic needing boots and my girl delivered!!! She picked out the cutest pair - IN MY SIZE - stayed open a little longer for my husband to go swoop them up and it made my night and outfit perfect!!! I've consigned here for years now and I will 100% say I will never take my items or find my little gem closet pieces anywhere else. These girls are so sweet and keep the store looking amazing all the time. I cannot say enough on how great this shop is. DEFINITELY GO CHEK IT OUT! ?”
