“Likely the best rental shop in Western Pennsylvania. Extremely knowledgeable of their equipment, responsive, friendly, and prices are reasonable. I’ve rented everything from skid steers, to excavators, to floor sanders, jackhammers, even a concrete float. Today, our excavator sprung a hydraulic leak, and they arrived within the hour with a new machine during the busiest time of the year. Thank you for all the knowledge and help!”

“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. I thanked her and tried to give her a lottery ticket which she declined.Please tell her how much I appreciated her attitude and help.Mike”

“My husband and I had a plumbing problem with a clog. We called over the weekend Sunday and we were one of the first houses they came to the following day. Grant came and helped get rid of the clog and took extra steps to ensure the pipes were clear. Very satisfied with the work done, reasonably priced and will be calling them for future projects if needed. Highly recommend Arnold’s plumbing and excavating.”
