I had the rare blessing of encountering Jacob - a salesman who actually cares about, and has a heart to help people! He spent so much time going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me make the choice that was right for me - not the one that might boost his stats or the company’s profit.
Even after making the sale I had called to make a couple changes. Not so much as a sigh from Jacob but only willingness to do whatever he could to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the choices I’d made!
Seriously - this guy is an asset to any company and I truly hope Mattress Warehouse is aware of their good fortune having Jacob on their team!

“Purchased a rocker recliner at Paula’s and I couldn’t be happier. Paula was great to deal with. Very helpful, yet not at all pushy. I had also looked at chairs at a local competitor, and they were much more expensive and the salesperson almost seemed aggravated that I was asking questions. Time will tell as far as durability goes, but it seems well made (in the USA) and is very comfortable. I have several friends that have bought furniture here and they were also very happy. I would definitely recommend Paula’s.”
