“Had my car towed here after the wife hit a six-point buck on 611 while driving a two week old Audi that still had a temporarily license plate on it.
Within two hours the shop had the car inside the garage, and began taking it apart so they can accurately provide a quote almost to the dollar. It was 100% accurate.
From there, I was told the repair would take three weeks. Mostly due to the time table it takes to obtain the parts from Audi. The original three week time frame was as accurate as their quote. Spot on.
Now the important part. How was the repair. I am extremely meticulous with my vehicles, so for me this is the real test. Especially when the car has less than 1,500 miles on it. Long story short, the car was truly restored to its original condition.
All door and panel seems were perfectly lined up. All paint was as good as factory, with no air bubbles, dirt, or ripples in the paint.
Only downside is they are not cheap, but in their defense, the car was an Audi, so I am sure the parts were five times the price when compared to other cars.
I would highly recommend Bangor Body Works. You get what you pay for here.”

I was desperate looking for places to repair my car, all of them had a waitlist to check the vehicle first. Then I found this company and I’m grateful for everything they did for me. They checked the vehicle, I brought it the next day and 1 week later my car was fixed. Mr. Ali, the manager, thank you for your help and your kindness. “As usual, I googled auto body places near me with 4+ star ratings. I like to use mom & pop places rather than dealerships. I went to about four of them to get an estimate. The only one that took the time to listen to what *I* wanted was Transformation Auto Body. I had a parking barrier arm scrape up the edge of my window frame, to bare metal. The others wanted to yank the windshield, replace the whole door, for thousands of dollars. I wasn't using insurance. It's a pickup truck a nice newish one but I didn't care about the small dent. I just wanted the stripped area repainted so it wouldn't rust. The others didn't even follow up with me, big red flag. The staff at Transformation took plenty of time to actually look at the problem, discuss options, do what I wanted, and for a good price. Super friendly and communicative the whole way through. The work was done quickly and was excellent, surpassing my expectations by a country mile. I wish everyone ran their business the way these folks do!”
