“I’m reading these terrible reviews, and again, I’m not saying these people haven’t had bad experiences, but we were just there yesterday, and the respiratory therapist was extremely helpful to us.. Spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot the machine and he gave us a couple of different masks to try and other helpful tips, and it seemed to have worked.People have to remember, that the medical equipment business is really a difficult one. Improvement needs to be made across-the-board. And that includes with the Home offices and telephone customer service in general.”

“I can not thank this location enough! I went threw a hassle with a previous Cpap company. I needed a new cpap since my cpap was getting old ( using it very faithfully for 4 years) and stopped working correctly!Terri was very nice trying everything she could possibly do to have records sent to their office. Also, having the doctors office sending the paperwork needed for me to get a new cpap machine. Since I was able to switch it to my husband's insurance I was eligible for the new machine.My prior cpap machine from prior company never walked me threw how to use my machine. They sent me it in the mail. I just left the lincare Bethlehem office. My husband & I had Dee. She explained everything to us and answered any questions we had. I can't thank Terri, Dee, & the whole office as a company!”
