“I came in for my tires to be replaced. Mason at the desk is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and I immediately deffered to him on what to get. The price for EVERYTHING I was relieved was quite reasonable and I was thrilled that I was APPROVED for credit as I just didn't want to make the FULL investment at this time. One thing I REALLY want to EMPHASIZE is as I was sitting there waiting for the service to be completed I observed MASON @ the desk interacting with numerous customers and he really is the EPITOME of Customer Service. His knowledge and his demeanor are EXCEPTIONAL! I was in Customer Service for MANY years and I must say a QUALITY employee like him is RARE.”

“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket
They were able to fix the issue
They keep you informed of everything
Every step of the way
They are honest and repairs are very reasonable”

“I was driving in a rental car on some back roads and the tire light came on with a very low pressure in one tire. I pulled up to Bangor Tire and Auto. He was definitely busy, but took the time to fill the low tire. I am very thankful and hopefully it doesn’t have a nail in it.”
“Love this place! So I got my oil changed, rear and front differential, and transfer case done, 350.00 out the door. Also Brad the Mgr. was excellent! My 4RUNNER's oil filter is different than the old metal filters and has internal parts, that were missing (the last 2 oil changes were done by Midas in Wind Gap, PA........never again) also my skid plate was missing a bolt and the other one's head was stripped. Brad replaced both. I will be returning for all my oil changes and to get my radiator flushed. Brad is a old school mechanic and I highly recommend him!”

I came mid day, was greeted as soon as I pulled up, asked for an oil change and they gave me the easiest and cheapest option without pushing any of the extra stuff on me. They did add on some coolant which was only five bucks extra but so important that I didn’t even know I was low/out! Then after everything they changed my head light that’s been out for months! Great service, time, & quality!”
“I scheduled to come in for replacing 3 tires, wheel rotations, and an oil change~ ??? They accidentally lost my special wheel screw bot and car registration paper ??? Whatevah, accidents happen! I can easily replace those~ (≧ω≦) They seem like nice folks, considerate of any questions & concerns, and promised not to mess up my car stickers when cleaning around it ?✨(≧▽≦) So that makes up for it! “First time taking my car there. Took my Jetta in to have the throttle body replaced and programmed and they found other issues which I took care of. They did excellent work and would recommend this shop to any import. Especially VW or pretty much anything from Germany. I'll definitely take it back for anything major. Guys were friendly and upfront. No messing around. I like that. Everything is working great on my Jetta. Price wasn't a shocker for what was done. But it was quality work. Thanks!”

“My family has been going here for probably a decade or two now as our primary mechanic. I’ve never had a reason to not trust them. From what I can tell, they are owned and run by family and I’ve been working with the same people for years. If you are reasonable and understanding of them, the easier it is for them to work with you. Prices seem fair and most importantly, you leave with the peace of mind knowing that you received honest and thorough advice/work. “This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”
