As was foretold by their amazing recs, Austin's was excellent. They fixed the engine in less time and with less funds than had been estimated and they gave me a full, multipage review of everything they did. Then they called to follow up to make sure everything was going well! Amazing service and great workmanship. I grew up around mechanics and haven't felt this comfortable and taken care of since I was a child in the dealership my grandfather managed. Can't recommend them enough!”
“I can't believe this little gem is hidden here in Easton in plainview! Walking into the store is like walking back in time to the 1980s. Everybody is friendly and glad to help. Had a starter rebuilt for a Kubota tractor engine and it works perfectly. I told all my associates about this place! Im so glad someone still does starter rebuilding and does it with quality.”
“This was my first time getting my car serviced here and I am more than happy to have given them my business. I chose to come here because of the positive reviews and they surely don’t lie. Their customer service is great, they are honest about your car, and they absolutely will take good care of it. I had quite a few issues coming in; disconnected bumper, issues with my axel and brakes, poor tread, the works. What could be fixed was taken care of and I was given recommendations for what’s next. I wasn’t pressured to get any extra services done and was able to retrieve my car very quickly.
Prices are comparable to other shops, but I would rather pay to know my vehicle is in good hands. I would definitely recommend getting your car serviced here if you’re searching for a new mechanic!”
“Knox auto service i've treated me very well over the years that i've known them. I went down today and they really looked over my car very good and found all the stuff that needs to be fixed. I appreciate their honesty and I plan to go there with my car and get it fixed whenever I need to. Job well done. Treat not just the car and the problem. But treat the owner with respect and dignity. “I came in for my tires to be replaced. Mason at the desk is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and I immediately deffered to him on what to get. The price for EVERYTHING I was relieved was quite reasonable and I was thrilled that I was APPROVED for credit as I just didn't want to make the FULL investment at this time. One thing I REALLY want to EMPHASIZE is as I was sitting there waiting for the service to be completed I observed MASON @ the desk interacting with numerous customers and he really is the EPITOME of Customer Service. His knowledge and his demeanor are EXCEPTIONAL! I was in Customer Service for MANY years and I must say a QUALITY employee like him is RARE.”
“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket

“Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”
“Great experience. I had a slow leak in my tire. The wait was about a half hour. They were able to fix the tire with no charge because my tire was still under warranty. Yaaay me! Troy was a great help and explained what my car needed going forward.”
“I had a flat tire today, and they came and helped me and didn't want to charge me anything. I'm a senior citizen and would have had to wait over an hour for triple a aa. Very kind and nice, they were only going to charge me $10 and my friend gave them 20. Very nice wonderful people.”
“Amazing service!!! No wonder they got all great reviews! I just moved to town and ended up with a nail in my tire over the weekend. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. The service was way above the actual dealership. My husband and I found our new "go to" spot with our new cars.”

“I went to this store for inspection and after making me wait for about half an hour store manager Joe told me that it would take more than 2 and a half hours. When I showed my dissatisfaction he said he was going to see what he could do but after making me wait for another 40 minutes he didn’t do anything and he didn’t communicate with me.
After this post the regional training manager called me and we talked. He is a real professional and was very kind. Therefore, I am editing this post.”
“I was visiting friends in Easton and on my way home to RI when I got a flat tire. First, a wonderful gentleman put the spare on for me and had me follow him to Mavis. So grateful for him and for leading me here. They fixed my flat and helped me re-load my trunk. They were so thorough, they answered my questions before I could even ask them. “I purchased a window regulator from these folks and the process was excellent and they shipped the part to me, had no issues with it. Fast forward a month or so and another regulator went on my car. I called them and they had one I needed. They tested the part prior to shipping and called to let me know it did not work. That’s a stand up way to run a business. If I need any more parts I’ll be going back to them.”
“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated.
